Can a long-time Queen fan help me out on this?

Were there any overdubs done on "Queen: Live at Wembley." There's rumors that the concert had Freddie's voice overdubbed on high notes that he didn't attempt.

One Vision, A Kind Of Magic, Who Wants To Live Forever, and We Are The Champions.
[/QUOTE]So all of those songs with the high notes were dubbed?

There weren't any overdubs.

You would think if they went to the trouble to go to the studio and rehash that performance IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER, wouldn't they fix John's balls instead?

At least...

Check out the link above.  It's taken from a radio broadcast without the overdubs that were added later.

They do it on all their live albums,  Right back to "Live Killers".  The Latest being  the "Live In Ukraine"   most noticebly, at the end of  "say it's not true" where Paul messes up the song.   Official cd/dvd,  the mess up has now gone.

Can't blame the band Really, in wanting to put out a near perfect album.
It's only the same as Top models having their photographs airbrushed.

And the recent remastered Hammy broadcast had Liar fixed at the end, which will presumably stay that way on the eventual DVD release.

Why would they overdub high notes anyway?

How can I re-create the complete unoverdubbed recording ?

To take "A Day At The Stadium", correct the speed and add Gods revisited, Who Wants To Live Forever, Gimme Some Lovin',  Spender, Ga Ga, Rock You and Friends & GSTQ from the audience recording ? Or is it safe to use all of the songs (except WWTLF) from the official release ?

Is here somebody who has enough time to compare it ?
