Now that QPR is doomed (dooooomed!) how about Queen + Klaus Meine? Brilliant singer, just listen to his version of Dust in the Wind or Love of My Life, but as importantly, Klaus has never pretended he's in it for anything more than sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll. A few days with Klaus and Brian will be eating bacon sandwiches again and taking stereo pictures of women's boobs, and the only Afghanistan Roger will be interested in is Miss Afghanistan.

It looks like any "Queen +" project is out of the question right now.
Between touring for WWRY, and producing a lovely Kerry Ellis Brian has his hands tied.
Roger is talking about doing his little thing with the bloke from the Foo Fighters next year.
Not to mention the supposed "talk" about working on a Queen Rock Band game, which May seems to be very keen to the idea.
And on that, I've also heard second-hand rumours that Brian plans on recording with his friend, and fellow musician/space enthusiast Jean-Michel Jarre. I don't think these rumours are true, but I've heard them on more than one account.
The old goats have bits off more than they can chew, it seems- but hey, maybe they can tour with him during the apocolypse in 2012?
