According to this youtube vid there is a 24 track master of I Want It All out there. The sound quality is poor, like someone has held a mic to a speaker but its great news for us waiting for the next one to appear.

You will also see from the links on the right of the page that there may be some other stuff doing the rounds too, as in completely solitary vocal tracks.

I have messages the user for more info but nothing yet.

I'm afraid it's just a fake acapella version. Advertising it as a 24 channel multitrack merely attracts more viewers.

I'm not sure. I think I hear at the end some vocals which I don't remember from the album version (but it's true that I haven't listened to the 80's albums for a while)

He probably used a programme which allows you to cut out the vocal track. Hence the muffled sound. Or, he used one of the channels from the GVH DVD.

There is no programme available that can remove tracks from mixed cd's completely. Your 2nd guess was right though, its a game rip, check out the file called Queen I Want It All stripped from here:

Its amazing what you can find with a bit of digging.

When the Queen DLC came out for Rock Band the first thing I did was take "I Want It All" into practice mode and let the song roll without playing any notes on my controller.  Sounded pretty cool!

The track is labled as (GH-V 360) could it be just one channel from the 5.1 surround sound from GVH2?

Think I'll download it & have a listen.
Joyful the sound

Downloaded, it's 18-tracks in Audacity, but 2 tracks is the fake audience singing along.
Awesome to hear the song this way!
Some weird vocals at the end though.

I just opened this file which apperaed as .ogg into Adobe Audition with 10 layers of stereo separation. Very cool. What else is available in this format? Wow.

Be very careful folks.

This board got into a whole lot of bother over something similar that happened a few years ago. When we had Bohemian Rhapsody multitracks flying around.
