How do I make replies with "blabla wrote:"

A technical question:
How do I make a reply with the text of another poster quoted in a box?

Above your post is this text :  Posted: 7 Jan 10, 13:57 and 3 icons.
The first icon is "edit", the second is "reply" and the third is "reply with quote"
