I have a love/hate relationship with that McCain French Fry ad with CLTCL.  I always get a happy little bump when I hear those first few bars coming from my TV unexpectedly, then I realize it's coming from my TV, unexpectedly, and then I'm all 'Oh fuck off with the French Fries '.  Jeez.  Who agress to licence these things, and why?

Hey Nice Chap.
This is something I worked on a couple of years ago and can tell you that there are more Queen product commercials than on your list.
There is a TV ad for Greatest Hits from 1981. There is a great TV ad for Rocks, the one with the old lady. There is also ads for Made In Heaven (various edits UK), Greatest Video Hits 1, Return Of The Champions, Queen CD in the Daily Mail, Live Aid (UK), The Freddie Mercury Album (various edits), The Very Best (Canada), Live At Wembley 86 (various edits), The Miracle (various edits), Greatest Hits II, We Will Rock You (Musical soundtrack), The best air guitar album 2, Back To The Light (various edits), Solo.
And there are more but I haven't got my list to hand.
Hope that can fill up your list a bit too.

Hello,

A Kind Of Magic, original, 2008, Russia, MTS (Mobile TeleSystems)

And, being pedantic, that Ford's instrumental version of DBY is actually 'Driven By You Two'.

Greg, can't you just stick to the ONE screen name?

Confirmed!

'Let me entertain you' in the bagground gave me chills. I am pretty sure it was His voice.

It was the chorus they used.

I have search several times on their site and on the net for the commercial but no results...

Here in India "I Want To Break Free" was used in a TV commercial for Worldspace Radio in 2005-06.

The ad started with A.R. Rehman (the music composer for Slumdog Millionaire- he was already a big, big name here in India) talking about music and that was followed by Freddie singing the song with the Worldspace logo displaying on the screen.

Our local shopping centre (The Trafford Centre, Manchester) has used 'Don't Stop Me Now' for their TV ad for years, to the point where it's become their 'anthem' !

There was a Dr. Pepper commercial around 2007 in the US with I Want It All in it.
