I'd like to be able to share it here, but I suspose it is offical material. From my perpective this is a promo that has never been offered for general sale, so it's hardly stopping the band getting any royalties, but I thought I better ask first.

It's not the video on YouTube, the CD is actually about 26 minutes long.

I think it's okay to share it. It's more like an EPK and does not contain any copyrighted music. I do not think it's a problem.
