Apparently, that cover's portraits/cartoons were made by a Portuguese artist of some importance. You can see his signature on the cover. I don't know him but I seem to have read something about it some time ago.
Regarding Portuguese Queen singles, there seem to be many jewels out there: Keep yourself alive and Now I'm Here come to mind. Most of them have beautiful sleeves. I wish I had one of those :).
