Bohemian Rhapsodies contributions

Can any one solve my problem,
      I have been attempting to submit a contribution to the 'Bohemian Rhapsodies' project but,  when i attempt to upload or e-mail as per the instructions issued some time ago, it comes up 'account suspended'

     Help!
