It doesn't sound as a statement. More like thoughts aloud.

It's from before Xmas, on the Jools Holland show (UK), when Queen productions were parading Rog & Brian all over the place to promote Absolute Greatest (cash in).

Brian and Roger can do it.  It's purely a mental barrier.  I would not blame them for being backwards in coming forwards after working with Freddie for 20 years, and then having the standard he set hanging over their heads.

They don't have to be in competition or comparison with their past though.  They could do a tour that would be really interesting.  Maybe it's the idea of playing smaller crowds that is turning them off?

I dunno.  They'd have my money in a flash if they decided to just tour without a lead singer.  Hell I'd even buy the seats on either side of me.
I would love to see them with accoustic sets for example.

Exactly, they should just go out together and play smaller crowds. Paul was a great addition to the band in the last couple of years - but if they can't find a way to continue working with him, then let them do it themselves. The most magical moments from the 2005 and 2008 tours IMO were Brian and Roger playing together: Kind Of Magic, '39, I'm In Love With My Car, Born To Love You. Those were also the moments that they really looked like they were having a great time.

Don't forget "Under Pressure". When they performed it without Paul it was always a high.
By the way, I don't think Roger says "if we can find someone". I think he says "if we can find something interesting". There's a difference.
what we need is.brian ,rog,john.and...say bowie....for a one of tour just for closure.
the end of queen as a group.
a recognised singer, not an xfactor singer.
but someone who likes and enjoys singing queen songs.
in fact i would enjoy paul singing with them again.
but
time to stop and say.this is it(no jackson pun intended).
theres a thought.queen+michael jackson?????????????.
me and my glenmorange are going to bed now.
and dream about the final queen concert lol.
is there 1 or 2 fs in of?????off.

If they can get to do a Queen+Michael Jackson tour, then it means they can get Freddie back instead ;)
