I think you have downloaded from the wrong torrent.  You should use the torrent posted in the second post of this thread:

When  I save and open  the torrent in the first post, the file is 99.9%.  When I save and open the torrent in the second post, the file is 100%.

They both don't work still! What is WRONG with this torrent?

Have you checked the file which is missing?
Maybe it's just the txt file or an ffp or md5 file which have been removed/modified by the guy who is seeding

Nothing is missing--except for a few sections of God Save The Queen.

which torrent is it? and are you still seeding it yourself too?
