Ok, I danced with a girl at the raucous end of a Bon Jovi tribute in our local last Friday.
She gave me her number and we swopped texts on Saturday.
I phoned her on Sunday and it went straight to voicemail. It might be worth adding that she had said that phone was out of credit.
She hasn't phoned back.
What do I do next?
Jeez - this doesn't get any easier does it?!!
Thanks.

In my experience - and I'm not in the first flush of youth - if someone wants to contact you, they'll contact you.
Having said that, there's no harm in leaving another message. If there's still no reply - another one's got away.
I've spent far too many hours in my time waiting for the phone to ring.
Good luck!

Find 'em, fuck 'em, forget 'em
Wait a week and call back one more time. Don't leave another voice message.

No.
Seriously though, just play the game. I second Grateful Fan's suggestion. Be patient and don't panic.
If it doesn't pull through you really didn't lose anything anyway.
Thanks guys!
I've decided to forget about her and look forward to the weekend!
Cheers.

And, needless to day, she texted last night...
Hope it was a good text!
don't date chicks with dicks
If you're looking for a long lasting relation, be true to yourself.
If you want a one night stand only, buy her a few drinks, brag and lie as much as you can (and she still believes you) and present your self as the most fantastic guy in the world. Who cares what she thinks of you the day after.

Laugh? I nearly died... I wouldn't dream of seeing a girl who thought a night out was going to see a Bon Jovi tribute act! A quickie behind the bins is all she is worth.

I could think of a couple of things your shrink might have to say about that...I'm wondering whether or not "compulsive sexual projection" would beat "misogyny" to the top of the list.

And what does that say about my choice of a night out?!!
Have a good St. Patrick's Day everyone!
