It would be prophetic if Mr T had killed Freddie Mercury on orders from Mr. Cunningham (from Happy Days).

Who knows what the song means expect for Freddie who wrote it.
It's not about Mr. T from the A-Team, Hangman came out around '73 and '75/76, the A-team TV show was shown from January 23, 1983 to December 30, 1986.
