You wrote this under the 12/26/1979 concert on your site:

"Freddie's vocal range is still top notch on this last show of the tour, although he doesn't always hit the high notes cleanly as he did in Newcastle earlier in the month. Still, these versions of Somebody To Love and We Are The Champions are dripping with passion from him and are among the best ever performed."

It's true he still had his high range intact on the concert--but what do you mean by "doesn't hit the high notes cleanly?" His voice wasn't even raspy! I mean sure, he goofed up a note in Spread Your Wings, and there were a few small cracks there and there. Is that what you mean?

Yeah.. that's pretty amazing on all levels.
You're right Parisnair, there's nothing wrong if these discussions are public. But I just feel like if it's directed only at one person, maybe it should be kept that way. Ah well, it's a forum.. to each their own !

From now on, if I want to speak with someone one-on-one, I'll PM or email that person. It won't happen again.

I think he means that although his voice is still in amazing shape (especially for the last gig of the tour), it is not as good as newcastle and glasgow. He means that he doesn't hit the notes as smoothly as earlier the month. For example, there are much more cracks in hammersmith like STL and WATC

He means that he doesn't hit the notes as smoothly as earlier the month. For example, there are much more cracks in hammersmith like STL and WATC
This is what I don't get: If we are going by those two songs (though he got the C5 during WATC at Hammersmith), then yes he was better at Newcastle/Glasgow. But lets look at some other songs and compare:
Let me Entertain You at Hammersmith was better than the Newcastle version
Both We WIll Rock Yous from Hammersmith were better than Newcastle
Don't Stop me Now from Hammersmith is the all-time best rendition

So you'll find better renditions of some of the Hammersmith songs, yet that's off-set by his voice not being quite as "smooth" on some songs (Champions, Spread Your Wings, Somebody To Love, Bohemian Rhapsody).
