torrent error

Hi people,

it seems that with every torrent I try to download I get a "connection refused"error. Did I do something wrong or is it a temporary problem> Can someone please explain?

If you have anti-virus software, it could be due to that.  In this case, you need to update the settings to allow torrent files to come through.
