I'd say they are. I've listed them on my website as official releases now.
Anything available from the band counts as an official release... except for the so-called "top 100 bootlegs." I refuse to legitimize that project in any way.

It's never felt so good to download official product. Had absolutely no guilt from nicking the Absolute Greatest stuff - if they honestly think I'm dumb enough to fork out good money for something I've already got just because it has a few live videos that they should have been selling on DVD 5 years ago, then they can suck a dick.

The dick-sucking part of Queen died almost 20 years ago. Though I wouldn't be surprised if Roger sucked his fair share of dick in the wild 70's :-D
