In this day and age of fast broadband speeds, there's no excuse for music to be sold or given away on the internet in mp3 format anymore.

Does anyone know if the 5.1 version of Save Me has an (almost) isolated vocal track?
Would be great if I could make a proper Freddie mix of this.

Yeah, I'd have to agree.  I love her voice, but it doesn't suit this song.  However, instrumentally it is a wonderful listen.

The first few lines are isolated, and from then on it's accompanied by acoustic guitar and drums until the chorus where some more instruments kick in. I've been searching for an acapella of Save Me for years, but to no avail :(

Thanks. I love Bri's guitar in this too. I suggested he have it on iTunes and give the proceeds to the rescues, but he said he couldn't do charity and be political too.

Agreed - mp3 is a format born of hard drives of about 250Mb and dialup internet speeds.  Neither apply now - I could now download 500 times faster than that to a drive 4000 times the size.

And yes, this is cheesy nonsense.

@ Dane: unfortunately, there is no isolated vocal track of Save Me - the center channel is mute and Freddie's vocals are spread over the other 4 channels.
