That made me laugh right out loud.  And moreover, it made me feel better because it made me realize just how much easier it is to explain a shirtless Freddie on my desktop than it would have have been to explain a shirtless Obama wading into the Hawaiian surf or something.  I see now that it really was possible to look even more stupid.  Thank you so much.

No problem.  It would have been harder to explain having Obama (shirtless or not) on your desktop :)  The only reason he got votes was because he talked about stuff he's never going to do (and he's black)

The ghost of shirtless Freddie has pulled it off.  I have a new title that I'm scribbling on pads of paper like I have a crush on it, and I'm going to get a 12.6% raise in two steps over about a year.  Eventually. There is currently a public sector wage freeze in Ontario affecting my employer and we're not yet sure whether I'll have to wait until 2012.  But if I don't it will come soon and be retroactive to February of this year. I can now highly recommend integrating Queen and Queenzone at the highest levels of salary discussions, as well as embarassing yourself to the point of mortifiation.

Congratulations GratefulFan!  I'm glad that the title of this post turns out not to be true.  It's still a great story though.
