Thank God it´s before the gig,it would have been ultra rarer to have the soundcheck after the show.

Just compared with Kharkiv soundcheck and I have to say it's FAKE! It's nothing but some mixed parts with reverbs added of the Kharkiv soundcheck. Pretty nice joke from Jurgis...
What about Riga gig? No idea as the links seem to be broken.

Thanks Piotre, I Just did a trade for this soundcheck for one of my recordings. Doh!!!! I had a feeling this Jurgis was a bit dodge-y, I had a feeling it was Evan Porada, as he was being a bit cage-y. But I suppose it serves me right for not checking the recording first, before I sent him the links to one of my recordings..

This is the kind of practise that went on in the old days of record fairs. There's no reason for it now other than to con someone out of a recording. If this is the guy you traded with 'word in your ear', and he KNEW it was a fake, then shame on him for being so dishonest :(

I am sorry this happened to you, Chris :-( I recommend if someone approaches you and you are not sure if he is for real - check his IP (you get it from the complete header of the email he sends you). If someone claims he is Latvian but in fact he is in Poland chances are that he lies about his recordings, too.
I leave these threads in place, so other people are warned about this person.

Thanks Barbara, Yes you are quite correct, I should have, shouldn't I. ( What's the saying? a fool & his recordings are soon parted) (or was that, a fool & his money? lol!!!)
Oh!!! & What's the other saying?:-
"Try to" fool me once ( shame on Porada ) Fool me again "& get away with it" ( shame on me )
Barbara, you'll have to "Tell me off & Slap my legs" for being so Naive. lol!!!!
