This is Urgent my little Fairy Queenies!

I've been compiling for the past 5 years that i've known of Queen's existence, they're live concerts.
No matter what quality they may be in, i still collect them. I've always wondered what the best live version would be for every song they ever recorded in the studio. Well excluding Hangman, though if you have your favorite version of that beauty, then feel more than welcome to include that. So basically this thread i'm making, is a rather hard and challenging test. And it's for everyone, even if you don't know every version of that particular song played live.
I mean let's face reality, not everyone of us on Queenzone has heard all 600 or so concerts Queen played throughout their career. Most of them aren't even released, or are in astrocious quality. So i'm going to stop pussy footing around my dears. This is my question for everyone here. List as many[if not all] of your favorite live version of every queen song ever written. Perhaps even your favorite version [demos, remixes] though i will hunt you down if you prefer the 1991 reissue remixes. Those were just terrible[ note: look up Bicyle race} or just buy the cd, you'll see what i mean.

Have a look through the announce section here, and you'll find that there are dozens of unreleased concert recordings that have excellent sound.  These things are always subjective, so have fun collecting them yourself and compile your own list.  Start with shows like Hammersmith Odeon 75, Boston 76, and Houston 77.

I love the Boston concert, and anything ranging from 1973 to 1986.

and the version from the Nippon, Budokan 1975.
Is it just me or does it sound like Freddie incorporated a little bit of the origns of the song{lover} where the song originated from? I swear i can hear the lyric " Lover " in there. I think i've just gone round the bend.

I always get excited when i hear the opening guitar sounds of Ogre Battle
Especiall the version from the Hammersmith Odeon, and i believe the Boston concert from 76' is by far the best version i've ever heard.

It would take a long time to incorporated everybodys favorite live version of each of their songs played live.

But i think with a little bit of time and patience, we can create one of the longest threads.

Haha, way to sum it all up my dear! I couldn't agree more, anything with Brians  melodic guitar, and Roger and johns thunderous booming sounds, and of course Freddies soaring vocals, i'll listen to with much enjoyment.

What about Brighton Rock from Houston 1977.

Indeed my dear, it was much better in the early days. As was In the lap of the gods...Revisited, and Liar and Keep yourself Alive. It just wasn't the same in the older days, when his smoking started to take affect on his timbre.
In the early days his voice and his songs were written and sang with more emotion and deeper meaning.
Not exclude The Miracle and Innuendo{Or even Made in Heaven}, but i still get chills down my spine when i listen to the Nippon, Budokan 1975 version of In the lap of the Gods...Revisited, no matter what the quality may be in.

Thank you for mentioning Boston 1976. It has been sitting on my hard disk for ages, and I just revisited this amazing concert. Both the setlist and playing are among the best Queen have ever done. No overdubs needed on this one!

This must be the best sounding non-soundboard bootleg out there. The taper did an incredible job for 1976.
