Rapidshare are losing me as a customer as well.
I was fully paid up until September and now they've changed their business model, I'll run out of credits in the next few weeks!
They also did me out of 1000 points because their one for one point exchange system didn't work properly and after I emailed them about the problem they think they've done me a favour by crediting my account with 600 rapids instead of the 1623 rapids it should have had!
They're going to go out of business VERY quickly if you ask me.

I'll be transferring to megashares or netload I think...

Yep, you're right, same kind of things here too.
Mediafire is shitty and continues deleting fresh files with no reason, so no way I would continue with them, and Rapidshare is changing its model in quite a bad way in my opinion. After having threatened to delete files, having limited the space available and so on, I had to pay for a second account with them. Now that I have two accounts that are full, all of a sudden I won't be able to use them as I had paid for, without me adding some more cash, even if I already paid for that. It is now way too expensive for me to continue like that. So sad as it was a good service until now, but they probably won't count me along their customers anymore.
Remains megaupload, who still offers a good service, even for those who haven't created a paying account with them. I just hope everybody can access it without any problem, but I'm lacking downloaders' opinions about Megaupload. Never any problem for me, but I don't know for other people.

Sometimes files are unavailable on megaupload, but after a few minutes you can refresh and it'll be there.  For free, that's good enough for me.
