You mean the arrows? If you've seen the video clip (don't) it'll make sense, the scarcely/not at all clothed people have arrows like this painted on them, probably supposed to be suggestively pointing up and down the body or what have you. I don't know, it's not a good song anyway. But that's definitely what the arrows are referring to anyway, that theme from the video. It's weird that on the album sleeve it appears to be considered part of the title.
