Has anyone noticed the weird quality change after the solo in flick of the wrist on the cd version of sheer heart attack? It becomes much louder with much more defined bass and drums. Deacons amazing bassline is lost in the song before the solo. I noticed that this isnt present on the original vinyl album. What happened in the transfer to CD? Also, does anyone else agree it has to be one of Deacons best basslines and rogers best drumming effort?

Sheer Heart Attack is perhaps roger's best as a drummer, so yea, flick of the wrist is one of his best.   This is also brians best album as a guitarist IMO.   The only album Brian's guitar work clearly outshines Freddie's vocals.  IMO Of course.

Never noticed it with Flick Of The Wrist, but I find it pretty annoying with the song Sheer Heart Attack after the drum-break.
