I think the best idea I have, is to have people list the days and times that are available for them: That way, it's organized in a way.

I cant be definate abt every day, but most days i can work around abt 6 - midnite gmt.  Weekends mite work also, although afternoon works better then morning.  And like i said, if im the only one in gmt and its too awkward for everyone else, dont worry.
