Next sunday, the last of the shows from Dan will be upped at Dime. They say it is going to be a big surprise. I wonder if it will be a Queen show? I kinda remember someone saying that two Queen shows were recorded... and only one of them have been shared yet, right?
This final upload will not be a Queen-show.
The 2nd Queen-show Dan recorded is the Providence 27/04/74 show. This recording will be shared in 2011 as part of his early - less good-sounding - recordings. It was recorded with more primitve equipment than the 90 recordings that have been shared (which are called the Crown Jewels from the Lampinski archive).
So, there's still a jewel lying in the Lampinski archives for us. It will only not sound as good as the Lampinski shows that have been shared up until now.
I sure hope they played Great King Rat in Providence in 1974:-)
