Show Must Go On is a collaboration. Brian did contribute more than the others, but he wasn't the sole writer, as opposed to Roger on Days of Our Lives, who indeed wrote both chords, melody and lyrics (maybe the arrangement was by all four, but the songwriting is by one in that case).
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.

Not with this Queen fan. I ADORE Play The Game. I think it's one of Queen's most gorgeous songs and the perfect way to open The Game. :D :D :D

Freddie:
1. My fairy king {I know it's a very typical pick out of all the hardcore queen fans]
2. In the lap of the gods {I love both versions, but I especially love the first one}
3. Love of my life
4. It's a hard life
5. Life is real {song for lennon] {I know the line "Loving like a whore" can be seen as quite offensive, but then look at all the grim material both Fred and Brian wrote in their heyday]

I know I could have chosen the march of the black queen, lilly of the valley, and even borhap. This are just songs that just seep deep down in my soul. This are the special little masterpieces that i'll treasure forever.

Brian:
1. Someday oneday
2. 39'
3. Long away
4. All dead, All dead
5. Sail away sweet sister

Brian wrote a plethora of beautifully written ballads. I just dove into the barrel and chose the ones that really got to me.
If the list could be slightly extended to seven or eight songs. I'd probably choose Leaving home [such an underappreciated number], las palabras de amour, and who wants to live forever [especially live].

John:
1. You and I
2. Spread your wings
3. In ony seven days
4. Need your loving tonight
5. Misfire [love this little jamaican ditty]

That doesn't mean I dislike your my best friend or even I want to break free, I just chose the ones [again] that get to me the most. I personally believe another one bites the dust was a quadrupal effort, just listening to all the sound effects during the middle eight, makes you think everyone must have joined in. John probably wrote the lyrics and brought in the little bassline he heard from chic, then Freddie gave it something new and fresh with his fabulous vocals, and Roger and Brian probably contributed in their instrumental departments. Sorry for that long rant!

Roger:
1. Drowse
2. Tenement funster
3. Fun it
4. Rock it
5. Moder times rock n' roll [especially live when it's thrown in with the encore]
