I like the more acoustic sound of drums, so I'll choose Dragon Attack (most of The Game album actually) and things like The Show Must Go On, Was It All Worth It, Kashoggi's ship, and others.

Soundwise: Get Down Make Love, Fight from the Inside... You And I, and Man On The Prowl.
performance wise: Prophet's Song, It's Late, Fight from the Inside... I'm In Love With My Car :)
Of course, this is all opinion.

I would have also have to go with White Man and It's Late.
Those drums are recorded so well that you really feel like you're sitting behind the kit - this is a pretty rare thing.
Dragon Attack is real nice too, but that's also got great bass and guitar sounds!
