Hi, folks! :-)

When I saw footage from Poitiers on February 25, 1979 for the first time I've thought that audio of LMEY from this concert is used on official album Live Killers. Just listen to it very carefully and you'll notice that audio of LMEY is almost like on Live Killers but some vocal overdubs were done on it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i__RTdsIo9Y

I have to disagree.  Brian's guitar feedback at 3:23 is different than the version on Live Killers, and the ensuing guitar solo is completely different.

Hi Sir GH,

Isn't that the whole problem with Live Killers. They used guitar solo's etc from different concerts and placed them with a other concert. So you never knew at Live Killers which concert you are listening. So I guess the sound of the footage of Portiers is the original footage for LIVE Killers with the guitar solo mixed in from a different concert.

The drum parts are different too.  Listen to the drum fill coming out of the guitar solo, for example.  So at this point the lead vocals, guitar, and drums aren't from Poitiers... so we can therefore conclude that this song is largely, if not entirely, from somewhere else.

I entirely agree. i did the same comparison when the footage just came out:-)

Good try though. Hopefully the answers will be revealed soon...!
