Another example is the recent TYMD footage from 1977. Although it was filmed by an audience member, parts of it were used on official releases, and the band would of given permission to use this footage on official product.....it's good to see it was finally issued by the guy who filmed it, but it was his property after all.
Does that mean it's better not to share, sell taped footage or something else recorded with QP, because their claiming the rights on footage straight away? That's the way for people hoarding their material right.....?..... and so on more and more footage get lost over the years passing.

Is it hard to respond to my three simple questions?

Fortunately, unseen video footage we show at the conventions has not been recorded and put 'out there', and that means we can show more in the future. If it got to a point where it was recorded by a camcorder and shared, then that would probably be the end of that idea..
This view seems a bit bizarre -if I,m reading right, you are saying that if people record video shown at conventions and then make it availabel to others, that particular video will not ever be officially released? If that is what you mean, that must mean that Earls Court, Houston, Hammy 79 are all never going to be released?
It seems a strange thing to have the view that because we have access to a 5th generation copy of something with grainy footage and unmixed audio, this will never be released properly by the band as their opinion is that they don't need to as we already have it?!? I think they've already blown that theory by re-releasing Montreal when we already had several versions, and of officially released product at that.

Ah but that's not true, is it? A few years ago GB offered a full and frank exchange of info. Queen fans would tell him all the info they had and in return GB would tell us what live recordings were available in the archive. Instead, he took everything he could, and provided in return a crappy list that looked like it had been out together by a 7-year old. Once bitten twice shy, as the saying goes ...

Hey mate, I think you don't quite understand what GT is saying. Of course he know's the answer to your three simple questions, but he isn't allowed to tell about. ========================================== What quality master tape concert Earl `s Court 1977?
Audio masters or video masters? TV feed is very poor actually. Masters should be in good condition referring to what has been released. (absolute greatest footage DVD, ANATO 30th DVD)
========================================= Is true that in a two-day presentation at one venue Earl `s Court in 1977 had problems with the microphone Freddie?
Could be the TV feed only. Audio masters are probably okay.
========================================= Which audio concerts there is in the archives of Queen Productions, those that are released officially does not count?
Make your conclusing with the list Greg provided some months ago. You don't get the details I'm affraid. I'm still very happy with the details about the shows in 1979. Although Missman already had the answer in most cases.

Imagine Roger and Brian are leaving the world of music, and on this occasion will releases the entire audio and video archive. Here even the GT and BG remains without job.

19 years since the death of Freddie and the QP has not released anything decent, well, not counting the Live at Wembley on DVD full version, not castrated on VHS, Rock Montreal, Live at the Bowl, and on VHS version of the concert live at the Rainbow Well, box set Freddie Mercury. Well, perhaps everything. Where's the rest? tribute and the Great Hits of the first and the second part does not count
