I know this post has probably been done a zillion times but I'm gonna do it again. Like most of my lists, these aren't my personal favorite but what I think are their best and worst pieces of work

Greatest Queen Songs of All Time:

1. Bohemian Rhapsody - Without a doubt the greatest Queen song all time, if not the greatest song ever written. No matter how big of a Queen fan you are, we could all admit that this launched them off on their career. It had everything Queen was all about plus a catchy yet complex tune, not to mention it worked well live. Hands down for any non-hit Queen song, this is just the best.

2. Somebody to Love
3. Innuendo
4. Save Me
5. Killer Queen
6. Don't Stop Me Now
7. We Are the Champions
8. Another One Bites the Dust
9. We Will Rock You (Fast Version)
10. These Are the Days Of Our Lives

Worst Queen Songs of All Time

1. More of that Jazz - I'm sorry Roger but this is just a terrible song, especially for Queen standards. There is nothing to do it and pretty much just sounds like a "space filler". I hardly ever diss any Queen song but this is a rare case.

2. Party
3. The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke
4. Tear It Up
5. Rain Must Fall
6. Hang in On There
7. Fight From the Inside
8. Get Down Make Love
9. The Miracle
10. Body Language
It's late, but it's time to set me free It's late, yes I know but there's no way it has to be Too late, so let the fire take our bodies this night So late, so let the waters take our guilt in the t

It just shows how different we all are in our liking for Queen songs because i quite like The Miracle and One Year of Love, they are not in my top ten but they are still good songs

My fav top 10  (it changes regular) but my current ten are

Bohemian Rhapsody
The Show Must Go On
Another One Bites The Dust
Somebody To Love
Killer Queen
These are the days of our lives
Your my best friend
I want to break free
We Are the champions
Now Im Here

there isnt any songs that i would not listen to as i have a strange liking for unpopular songs based on the music rather than the lyrics

Oh cmon, compared to their other work, it's crap. Plus it was recorded somewhat messy.

Well I respect everyone's opinions.  I have to admit, though, that my eyes popped out of my head when I saw Fairy Fellers Masterstroke on a "worst of list".

As for my OWN opinion, I am much more comfortable listing my top 10 favorite ALBUMS than songs...there are just too many songs to break down in order of greatness...and I always regret what I listed.

I only want to comment that Staying Power(studio version) is nowhere NEAR being a "worst Queen song".  You may not like the musical style but it is an excellent composition, production and performance.  I think it's one of Queens' best songs and ranks on a "Don't Sto Me Now" level.

Everyone always slags the studio version and raves about the Live version...never have understood that.  Sure the live version is good...but just like most Queen songs...the studio version is superior imho.

It's all subjective, but TFFMS ain't crap. Least explain why it's crap instead of saying "it's crap."

One song I'm not too fond of is "Man On The Prowl:" It sounds like Queen just wanted to add "filler" to the album by adding a song that's related to Crazy Little Thing Called Love (and not coming off as good). Plus with the abrupt ending, it really seems like they rushed the song.

I love the studio version, though!

Gregsynth...great...then we're in agreement.

Like I said before...I almost ALWAYS prefer Queen's studio versions to their live versions.  And Staying Power is one of the best songs that they have ever done...period.

i agree 100%...anyone who puts BoRhap top and then puts FFMS in the worst category needs help

FFS - "Fairy Feller" (along with Nevermore and March) is the the inspiration for Bo Rhap....the arrangements, the segues, the tempo changes, the fantasy lyrics...without these three songs together on (imo queen's greatest album) Queen II, there would be no Bo Rhap

How can you put Jealousy in the worst? That is one of the best!

Also, cool cat as number 1 worst? How? It's such a good song with an awesome beat that shows how diverse Queen was.

FFMS is just a bunch of random ideas with a messy structure. Yes it may have some of the theatrical elements that borhap had but it did not have the genius structure

Just because it had a different structure, doesn't make it crap. Ever heard of Rush's 2112 song (that's over 20 minutes)? That's got various structure and time signature differences in the song, yet it's a fantastic song. Alot of Queen's early stuff (Queen I through Races), were progressive rock/influenced by progressive rock.
