Does anybody know where does this piece of film come from ? It claims that it comes from Indianapolis 77, but these few seconds are NOT on the video which is being traded and comes labelled as coming from Indianapolis 77. Possibilities : 1) Is the 5min film incomplete ? If so, does anybody have the FULL (or MORE complete) version ? 2) Is there more than 1 video recording from this concert ? 3) Were there at least 2 concerts in Indianapolis in January 1977 and BOTH were filmed ? If yes, does anybody know if more exists ? Any other ideas ? :-)

It could be from Atlanta about a month later. An 8mm video reportedly exists from that concert.

Last known owner of the Atlanta footage lost the 8mm film... :-(

You could try contacting the person who posted it. Hopefully it's not the dork doing that horrendous job singing Under Pressure!

I think it IS him. I contacted him when I found the clip for the first time, no response yet :-)

All we can know at this point is the footage is no later than Boston 2-9-77.  John switched to a Music Man Stingray bass after this show, and he's seen in this clip with his Fender P bass.  It's definitely not from the Indianapolis 77 footage we currently have seen, but of course it's possible that this could be an alternate 8mm source of the show... about a 1 in 20 chance.
