youtube soundtrack,s

is there any way around  the youtube rules that wont allow you to upload pictures etc,with official released songs..
i uploaded 2 picture vids,and both with diffrent songs(jackson browne and ralph mctell).
youtube wont let the audios play,said official songs,but uploaded again with,,runnaway(q+pr) and it worked.
now many times i have seen various pics and vids with official songs.
how the hell do they manage that lol.
anyone know a way round this.cheers.

Warner Music are sadly now famous for pulling audio from any vids that are not from their sources. If a company, such as Warner Music etc, request YouTube to remove the audio then they must comply. I think that this might have happened to your vids.
