A Winter's Tale

Regarding this song, didn't someone (David Richards?  Jim Hutton?  Roger Taylor?) once quote Freddie to the effect of, "It's a Christmas song, dear"?

I swear I'm not making it up, but I can't find the (second-hand) quote online.  Help me out here, Queen fans! :)

(Even if Freddie did not intend "A Winter's Tale" as a Christmas song, I think it makes for a good one.)

It's difficult for us who live in the southern hemisphere to think of "A winter's tale" as a Xmas song. :D
Anyway, it's one of my favourite songs.

yes it's Christmas song vocals were filmed in January 1991, and other verses were recorded in February 1991 in Montreux.
