It's simple you import your music and right click the track you want to add to your video select add to timeline and badabing you're done.

you mean like this??? http://www.youtube.com/user/davidgalashiels1#p/u/20/a-_A3D3-5TE if so.add pictures,pick backing track(you tube will remove official songs music etc) add music to pics to fit the time line,windows movie maker has a button to do thaat. when done,save.then upload to tube.

I recommend you Ulead Video Studio (if I correctly remember the name), it's excellent programme, I made my Rainbow '74 videos with its help.
