is anyone interested in fan art? if so plz check out my friends work!

a friend of mine want to get her art noticed, and has been told to submit work to "the queen fan club" but aparently you must pay for it, and that puts both of us off "i wanted to join it once"
so does anyone here like fan art? my friend is an AMAZING artist! :D so very jelous ;)
