You could have easily found this out yourself. In the url you provided there is a little code, it's this: MD9-gIkJV08. Now, when you see a youtube video, the url starts like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=. After that, you have to put that code and this is what you get:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MD9-gIkJV08
