Well caracas not is exactly South America (I belive is more Central America)
Anyway Argentina has a different Standard that Venezuela and the majority countries in Central/South America.
I don`t remember for example the Standard of Brazil but i belive is a Hybrid PAL with 576 lines and 29,97 fps.
And yes,the Caracas gig was shot in NTCS.

On page 3 of the PDF file named : MARDEL - ROSARIA seems that these pictures were taken from these shows. My next question on the photo with JAMES KHALAF is that a camera standing besides him or a light atribute ?
Oh yes,In fact all the Photos of the page 3 are from Mar Del Plata (MARDEL) Gig (May llega al estadio marplatense asediado por la prensa local --- May,comes to the Mar del plata stadium followed by the local TV).
But the Photo witH JAMEN KHALAF of the page 4 are from Rosario and YES is tv camera! How i said the whole concert was recorded by the local tv but actually the tapes are missing (They said me that probably someone stolen them,but they`re sure that the director of the channel has a copy on his private colection)

Well is there any footage known of one of these shows ? Had anyone ever seen these this footage ? Was it tv broadcasted ?

Both the Freddie in the red T shirt and Brian from COTW were filmed on the USA tour in 1980.
All four were interviewed by JJ Jackson individually.

There is a picture of Freddie in the red shirt, taken during that same TV interview.  All of these pictures are from the South American tour (focusing primarily on the Mar Del Plata and Rosario shows), so I think we can safely date the interview within a span of a week - somewhere between late February and March 6, 1981.

     In the "Pelo" I found this information:

    "Durante cada uno de los conciertos continuo la filmacion de la pelicula "Queen on Tourne",
    para la cual se utilizaron ocho camaras. El film se completara con imagenes de los
    conciertos de San Pablo y Rio en Brasil. Por supuesto tambien habra escenas de la gira
    estadounidense y la de Japon."

     "During each of the concerts continued the filming of the movie "Queen on Tourne"
      for which used eight cameras. The film was completed with images of concerts in San Paulo
      and Rio in Brazil. Of course there will also be scenes from the tour U.S. and Japan."

      Does anyone know anything about this film?
