There's a difference between "bad luck" and "stupidity"

Where has the guy shown "stupidity"?

Being robbed at gun-point or being stabbed is not "stupidity" nor "bad luck"...it's just evil on the part of the attacker.
Being bitten by two venomous snakes at the same time could well happen, depending on his location.  That's "unlucky". 

Finally, how is being hit by lightning "stupid"?
