Big Country at Knebworth Park 1986

I am searching for ANY recording of ANY band which played before Queen on their last ever concert at Knebworth Park. After a LONG LONG LOOOOONG search I've been able to find a Big Country collector, who was so kind to send me a copy of the Big Country performance (THANKS A LOT !), unfortunately the CD he sent me had a couple of problems.

First of all, every track starts and ends with silence. This is the problem which could be very easily solved, and I fixed it in Cool Edit Pro.
The second problem is that it sounds "strange". That's why I checked the waveform in CEP, and I found out that there is almost nothing above 18kHz. That's pretty strange, what is it ? Does it mean it's mp3-sourced ? Because usually mp3-sourced recordings miss sound above 16kHz.
And the third and worse problem is that the CD couldn't be ripped properly. The CD itself isn't damaged, no scratches, but track 12 couldn't be ripped properly and track 13 couldn't be ripped at all ! After I tried to let it ripped in EAC for the whole night, the result was just pure digital noise.
If ANYBODY knows how / if the CD can be ripped properly, please let me know. The original sender doesn't reply to my e-mails anymore unfortunately so I can't ask him for a replacement copy.

Anyway, I decided to share you everything I could get from the CD, which means 11.5 of 13 songs :-) Take it as a gift for everybody who is just like me a fanatic to the last Queen concert ever, here is - BIG COUNTRY :-)

when I encounter problems during the ripping of the tracks with EAC, I try with another software like the files encoding of nero burning rom.

maybe is not the correct procedure, but often works well... :-)

Thats a pity that your disc cant be read by any other cd player because you could have captured the audio using the old fashioned method of taking feed from the headphone socket using a stereo cable plugged straight into your pc / mac and captured by Cool Edit / Audition etc...
