The Prophet's Song (2011 Fickle Mix)

Not done too much for a while, but I've never been entirely happy with
this mix, so decided to revisit it.  The original had a 'toilet bowl'
effect on some of the backing vocals, which has now been rectified, and
the track is a little better balanced.  The end is now a straight reverb
instead of the stereo delay, which didn't really work all that well, in
my opinion, and the middle edit has been slightly reworked.  Other that
that, it's the same as the original posted here over five years ago!

This one is very well done, just  as I expected :-)

Now and again, but not very often, a remix emerges which is far superior to the original released version. This is one of them. I looooove this.

Hi, yes I have to agree!!!!    Great Mix,   I did not get time to download your other versions before they were removed though, so I can't compare all 3 versions.

you know, I'm going to have and have another try at mixing (if I get the time!!! that is, lol)  you sort of inspire me, to try reach your level.

This was just a small update to an existing mix, which didn't take very long.  Unfortunately, I still don't have much spare time on my hands, but you never know what may come along.  ;)

Exactly right, there are the multis available. Seeing how your mixes of SCC and Prophet's Song came out, you really brought those songs to life, and gave them a new lease IMHO. I would love to see how Brighton Rock would turn out if you put your hand to it...just a thought, but if you don't see much to work with, I completely understand! Thanks again for Prophet's Song, it's been on my stereo in my car these last few days!

This mix is awsome. Beats the officially released remixes.

I'll give this a listen as soon as something else from Megaupload finishes downloading (can't download more than one file simultaneously). Looking forward to hearing it, I love The Prophets Song and peoples reactions here seem to all be very positive.

I've listened to it now, it's excellent. Definitely on par with the album version.
