It could be for the 20th anniversary of his death and it can be similar to the first one. They could get a bunch of bands together, new bands and old ones, and pay tribute for the 20th anniversary...they would sell out Wembley stadium with no problem especially if today's popular artists took part in it which I'm sure they would because Freddie Mercury was a lot of their idols. Queen could also play of course and there's always hopes that John Deacon could join as well.
Plus it would be great in reestablishing Queen's popularity around the globe.

I can just picture it:
Justin Bieber singing Somebody to Love (his, not Queen's) Lady Ga Ga singing ... well, Radio Ga Ga Jennifer Lopez plus some AI loser(s) singing Show Must Go On Katy Perry ft. Brian May singing Fat Bottomed Girls Take That doing a Queen II medley Susan Boyle singing Who Wants to Live Forever Jane Krakowski singing Some Things That Glitter The Jo Bros singing Drive My Car (they thought it was a Beatles thing, and didn't bother learning anything else) Miley Cyrus singing I Want to Break Free (funny aneurysm moment)
I wouldn't want to miss it...

Ok maybe you exaggerated the whole idea of modern artists performing but you know what I meant. And it would be mostly classic artists.

I would love to see another tribute concert to Brian May, I mean, Freddie Mercury, where the artists all sing covers of Brian May written songs, I mean Freddie Mercury written songs, just like they did in 1992. Wait, what?

Then how about something similar to the first one and just bring back a lot of the old classic artists which existed around the same time as Queen and maybe a few new artists that are not THAT shitty.

What Queen song can be fitted for Bruno Mars?

Sebastian: great list. Certain additions/improvements might be Niecy Nash on stage for FBG, Jane Krakowski dressing as Roger for IWTBF, ....
for the concert intro, or encore segue, this IWIA video

Don't forget the great encore, of WWRY with 5ive, and WATC with Robbie.

Sounds horrible... AND it is a kinda morbid anniversary...
BUT(!) i'll throw in my two cents:
I'd LOVE to see Kerry Ellis rock her fat bottom to the song of that same name. :-O!
I think i'd posted an actual list of good tributes once on a different post, for the purpose of reviving interest... a VH1 rock honors show... with guest musicians.
won't repeat it though. If done with great and appropriate voices it could be a great idea

Now, there are GREAT artist around. I think in Muse, who loves Queen, and Brian May said they are the better musicians in the industry. The Strokes, another cool group, Coldplay, very talented band, U2... and a lot more
Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Jo Bros are shit... but shit exist, now, in the 80's, in the 70's.
In this days the music in general are so good, if you know where must see, and Disney Channel, and VEVO youtube channel are wrong places.
I love to see another Tribute in Wembley with some ''new'' bands + Queen

Coldplay, Darkness (reunited), Velvet Revolver (with new singer), Muse, Amy Winehouse (My Melancholy Blues could be a great idea), Keane (It's a Hard Life), Foo Fighters (Tie Your Mother Down, We Will Rock You), Michael Bublè (Crazy Little Thing Called Love), Beyonce, Anastacia, Joss Stone, Wolfmother, Lady Ga Ga (medley at the piano), Mika, Green Day (Sheer Heart Attack), Dream Theater (Queen medley), The Strokes, The Killers, Scissor Sisters, Pink, Alter Bridge, Robbie Williams (We Are The Champions)... from the post '90s scene I can say that these bands/artists are the only ones to take seriously in consideration for an hypothetical Freddie Tribute #2... needless to say, there is no comparison with the original which represented an historic moment for the music, now WE HAVE NO REAL MUSIC... sadly...

and of course John should play bass... otherwise no tribute ;)

Don't think they would do a 'Freddie Tribute part 2', but I do think they would do something along these lines as a farewell gig at Wembley.
