The band's history is in sections, with bits and pieces cut together, on a yearly and album basis (well the four screens I was looking at). There are other screens around the exhibition - I will ascertain today whether they show all the same footage or if it varies. So yes, they have the full NIH vid but only a section showing here.

I think the reason QPL don't want to tell us what they've got is quite simple. If I said I'd got the full pro-shot Knebworth 86 camera feeds on VHS, you'd be screaming for a copy, right?
I bet QPL are fed up with people asking (or even demanding) to know when the Anthology set(s) is coming out, so until such time as they are ready to release certain things, they'll keep secret what they have.

Let's not discuss hypothetical things like Knebworth. I asked re: NIH. I wonder what the big secret is. Do yo think there's anyone "screaming for a copy" of that? So maybe this is a secret because it's going to be an extra on a possible DVD release, maybe Hammersnith or maybe Hyde Park. Or (if this was borrowed footage) maybe the person who owns it wanted it kept secret. Eitehr way, it's a bit odd.
