I don't understand why they don't release any of the concerts from the 77 - 79 tours. I know they were filmed, I see the camera crews on the bootleg stuff.

Imagequality not suitable for a decent release, missing multitracks, not enough forseen profits, just two, three or four camera's with less individual shots etc etc

Maybe it was happy for him.  He just wanted to raise a smile.  Guess what?  He did.  So it was a happy AF day.
