Thanks guys! I had an absolute blast on my birthday. It was nice, quiet and simple to start (just the way I like it), went out to visit some friends downtown, bought myself a ticket for the Elton John concert on May 14th in Calgary, then later went to hang out with my Unbalanced ex-band mates and we went out for drinks that night. Quite a few friends came out for the gathering, some who I haven't seen in quite some time, so it was a great time!
We also went out the following night for drinks again to celebrate my buddy's birthday (which was technically on Sunday, today!), the one who plays guitar in the aforementioned band.

Didn't really get a lot for presents, but what I did get was still quite nice :-)

All in all, I had a great time, and I hope I can match this level of fun when it comes time for the Breakthru convention in July, and the show I'll be playing there! :-D
