We Will Rock You with Five 2:56 Written by Brian May, Additional Raps by J. Brown/R. Breen Performers: Queen (Brian May, Roger Taylor) + Five Appears on: Five: Invincible This is Brian and Roger with the UK boy band Five. The normal lyrics are now changed to raps by the members of Five. The chorus parts remain the same, and are sung by Five. Not as bad as you would think, but still not good.
We Will Rock You with Five (Radio Mix) 3:08 Written by Brian May, Additional Raps by J. Brown/R. Breen Performers: Queen (Brian May, Roger Taylor) + Five Appears on: Five + Queen We Will Rock You Same as the album version, just with an added intro and longer outro.
We Will Rock You with Five (Remix) 3:59 Written by Brian May, Additional Raps by J. Brown/R. Breen Performers: Queen (Brian May, Roger Taylor) + Five Appears on: ? A longer remix of the regular album version. Has some added scratching, etc.
We Will Rock You with Five (Millenium Megamix) 5:11 Written by Brian May, Additional Raps by J. Brown/R. Breen Performers: Queen (Brian May, Roger Taylor) + Five Appears on: Five + Queen We Will Rock You A long mix of Five + Queen's We Will Rock You and various other tracks. Recommendation to avoid.
Can anybody tell me more details about third version, so called "Remix"? Is it official stuff or unreleased? If official, where it was released?
I've got this remix, and it's very differnt to Radio Mix, and it doesn't seems to be a fan mix.

I was kinda hoping this would have been permanently deleted.

Never heard of the 3:59 remix unfortunately.
The album version, if I remember correctly, was simply Five featuring Brian May - Roger's drums were added for the single version, presumably once they realised that they could have a decent hit with it if they attached the Queen name.

That's exactly how I recall it. Except that I have a faded memory of Roger contributing with more than just his drumming to the "Queen+" version. BTW, I quite like the single version.

Shame about the raps, but otherwise this was a great version of WWRY.

Yeah, the raps and the weak teenage-like lead vocals almost spoil it, but the instrumental is really cool and, IMHO, saves the day.

I agree, backing track is very good and professionally made, but (c)raps are awful. It's a shame that there's no instrumental mixes.
So can anybody tell any useful information about "remix"?
