oakland 82 upgrade speed correction?

Ghostwithasmile  share an upgrade of oakland 82 concert , thanks to him
the only prob is the speed correction so I would have made myself but i see a  topic where i read that it is not so easy
so can any expert made the speed correction
it woub be cool
