Still though, Macho Man deserves a thread of his own.

In school I was roll call # 6 and in the WWE(F) card game Randy Savage was Rank # 6. So I was the macho man of my class
:-). His goggles were the best.
RIP.

i saw him live many times in the early 90's and he had a charisma that John Cena can only dream of,the crowd went mental as soon as Land of Hope and Glory kicked in and his mic work was on a par with The Ultimate Warrior's for bordering on the bizzarely brilliant...too sweet to be sour, oooooh yeahhh, dig it!

Aww, man, I find that I am missing Macho Man way more than I probably should.  He and Ultimate Warrior were my faves.  I wasn't fortunate enough to see Macho live (I saw his brother, Lanny, when he was "The Genius;"  Does that count?  :D), but I did see Warrior live.  But yeah, Macho's charisma could NOT be beat!  And he was great on mic, too.  His TV talkshow interviews were hysterical.  Oh - and of course, he was a good wrestler, too. :D

Have you seen Ulimate Warrior's tribute videos (part 1 and 2) to Macho?  Good stuff.  Diamond Dalls Page has done one, as well.
