I wish there were more radio broadcasts of Queen, like the Mannheim 1986 show. This recording has a nice balance between instruments and audience. Most soundboard recordings sound 'dry' and have no live feeling at all. It strikes me somehow that there are no radio broadcasts known from the period 77-82.

How so? Did you forget about radio broadcasts of the South American shows in March and October of 1981? ;-)

No, I didn't forget and yes I forgot to mention them :-)
Still, I was hoping for some more variety.

It would be great to hear soundboard recordings from 1979. That year was full of awesome concerts.

Some excellent audience recordings will do as well. Maybe another Mr Peach recording shows up soon?
