Queen Belgium Fan photo from 1992

Hello all !  While going through my old archives tonight I found a picture I took back in 1992 at the Freddie Tribute at Wembley.  I have no idea who these people are.  I just thought they looked great at the time and loved their banner :)

I thought it would be nice if someone somewhere on here recognized them and reunited them with the photo I took of them nearly 20 years ago :)

So let the treasure hunt begin - anyone know who these guys are??
