I doubt that will happen, to my knowledge the BBC aren’t allowed to make money like that, Everything they fund will be released as it aired.
The DVD may have the videos and things uninterrupted as extras though.

The doctor who DVD’s are the episodes as they aired, with extra stuff as special features (paid for Not by the BBC, but BBC worldwide big difference), they don't make you pay for parts of the episodes that you have already paid for, or to put it simply, not letting me see for free something that I gave them money to make.
