I've heard two reports.  If this is true, then I'm declaring a QZ holiday.

I don't blame him for selling them.
Tarantura would have no doubt bootlegged his show anyway. At least this way HE gets some money for it.

I agree with Brians wig. Mr Peach's recordings would've been bootlegged anyway. I hope he was able to make some good money selling his masters to a Japanese bootleg label. I would have done the same if I was in his shoes.

I want the show from december 22 1977 ...they played a rendition of white christmas for the crowd that nite....would be nice to hear that.....maybe one day...

I read a post (probably the same thing that Sir GH found) on a Japanese collectors site. The person thinks that 3/22 will be out in the middle of this month. The only question is...will Freddie sound fine or will he sound like a badly tweaked car horn...only time will tell. Regardless, it would be nice to hear a new recording no matter what shape he's in.
